Refund Policy
Overview
PageLint offers a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase for all subscription plans and one-time purchases. We want you to be confident that PageLint delivers value before committing.
Eligibility
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
- For subscriptions: you have used fewer than 5 audits in the current billing period.
- For one-time purchases: you have not yet received the full audit report.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with: the email address associated with your PageLint account, your order or subscription ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), and a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve). Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to your tier until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are handled case-by-case.
Founding Member Lifetime Plans
Lifetime founding member plans are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 audits have been used.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxation, and refund processing. Refund decisions are made by PageLint; Paddle executes them.
