Agreement
By using PageLint (pagelint.dev), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What PageLint is
PageLint is a landing page copy audit service. We use AI (Anthropic's Claude) and rule-based checks to evaluate landing pages against 55 research-cited checks across 9 lenses (clarity, relevance, value, motivation, trust, friction, distraction, dark patterns, Schwartz modifiers).
You receive structured audit reports with findings, evidence, recommendations, and primary source citations.
Your use of the service
You agree to:
- Only audit pages you own or have permission to analyze
- Not scrape or reverse-engineer the service
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not spam the waitlist with fake emails
You understand:
- Audit results are AI-generated suggestions, not professional copywriting advice
- PageLint may not catch every issue or may flag things that aren't problems
- Final decisions about your copy are yours
Pricing and payment

Quick Audit (free):
- 16 checks across the Clarity and Trust lenses, no signup required
- Anonymous use is limited to 3 quick audits per day per IP address
- Logged-in free accounts get 3 quick audits per calendar month
One-time purchase:
- Full Report: $29 one-time per URL — all 55 checks across 9 lenses, prioritized fixes with every fix cited, PDF and Markdown export, shareable via PIN
Subscription:
- Pro: $19/month — 10 full audits per billing month, audit history, PDF and Markdown export
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to ours. Paddle collects applicable sales tax/VAT for your jurisdiction.
Billing:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly
- One-time purchases are charged immediately
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default; cancel anytime from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access and remaining audit quota until that date
- Pricing may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
Refunds: See our Refund Policy for full terms. Quick summary: reports are digital goods delivered instantly, so completed purchases are non-refundable; there are no refunds for partial subscription periods. If an audit fails to generate for technical reasons, we re-run it or refund you in full.
Accounts and data
Your email and submitted URLs are governed by our Privacy Policy. See /privacy for details.
Availability
PageLint is a solo-founder project. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. Unplanned downtime happens — if it does, you can check back later.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we shut down permanently, we'll notify waitlist subscribers with at least 30 days notice and allow data export.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We're not liable for:
- Loss of revenue from copy changes you made based on audit results
- Service downtime
- Data loss (though we back up regularly)
Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $50 if free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts or through mutual agreement.
